Transmission Contact
Please provide the details (name, contact phone number and email address) of the person likely to have the most information about the programme. This will not necessarily be the producer. Ideally this will include both an office number and an out of office number.
Programme Title
The programme title can be up to 30 characters. If the episode has a subtitle enter it here. This can prove useful when searching for specific programmes and on occasion it can also provide an indication of the programme content.
Media Number
This is the media number assigned by the facility house or production company for the media that will be used to deliver the programme to S4C.
Media Format
This information is for reference only and is picked up from information in the contract.
Last Credit Overrun
Does the programme continue after the last credit? For example, does the action continue? Music only? Information about the next episode etc. How long does it continue?
If the overrun is less than 3 minutes, this would be considered a No. This information is useful to know if it might be suitable for a continuity announcement over the credits and after.
